Genesis 1 Auto Concepts

Warning, don’t go to this shop unless you want to shell out a lot of money more than your car’s worth. I brought my car to this shop and according to them, they diagnosed everything that’s wrong with my car and explained how I was scammed with the previous repair shop I went to. Cost of repairs was over the top but anyway, they talked me into it and said that my car will be running good as new. A week later, my car broke down again and supposed to be there is a 1 year warranty but they said that this is a new problem not covered by the warranty and billed me again for the repair. After a few days, my car broke down again. Bottomline, my car did not run as good as new as they said, not even a month after they repaired and all those money I paid went down the drain, tsk.

I had about 8 shops do various vehicles in my lifetime. This was hands down the best experience. Everyone else installs speakers, amps, etc. these guys tune it to perfection and make sure you leave happy. Will be coming back for more (non audio related). Have a Raptor with the B&O Unleashed that felt “leashed”. Now it’s truly unleashed. I couldn’t have a bigger smile, they know what they are doing.

These guys are top notch. Honest, knowledgeable and truly a one stop shop. Their customer service is unmatched. My Tesla was in trouble. I had it towed over the they did a phenomenal job. Car runs better than ever, They even washed my car prior to pick up. This is the place to go for all your car needs. I'll definitely be reaching out to these gentlemen again. Not to mention their shop is beautiful and truly an enjoyable experience. Thank you Abel, and Genesis 1 crew )

Terrible service, he charges me $400 to change the sound of the car and they gave me examples of how it would sound and it turns out that the car still sounds the same as it did from the factory, and now he says that I have to pay $1,200 because the entire system has to be changed! ! Terrible service I do not recommend it, the San Fernando Valley do better jobs and for much less

I went to Genesis 1 to get new suspension on my M3. Jay, the owner, was extremely helpful. He immediately understood how important the performance, ride and look were to me. He came up with a custom solution that is more perfect than I could have imagined. The car now rides smoother than stock, handles great around any corner and looks amazing. The shop is pretty amazing inside. It’s very clean and showcases several of their really great cars. They do some of the work from inside their shop as I got to see them doing some tinting and wrapping inside the shop while I was there. The staff there was all very helpful. They are friendly and know their stuff. I highly recommend this shop to anyone that loves their car and wants someone to take care of their car they way you do. Thanks guys for an awesome job on my M3!
